Chef Bao was a competition chef. He first specialized and competed in Chinese and French cuisine. He loved creating dishes with large lobster and exotic fish, which opened the door into sushi. Chef Bao has mastered and been specializing in sushi for over a decade. He pays respect to the fish and prepares it in a way that is true to sushi's origin and tradition. He also creates new and exciting flavors. His sushi is very colorful, created with happy and playful plating sometimes often with fish artwork, flowers, or butterflies.
